HAVING THE BABY

1. Labor starts.

2. Time contractions.

3. Check hospital bag contents and add any missing items.

4. Soothe wifey.

5. Call neighbors to ask them to let pets out and feed them. (Names and #s goes here)

6. Call Dr. and head to hospital when contractions are 4 minutes apart lasting 1 minute each. Dr's (# goes here).

7. Go to labor and delivery and check in.

8. Have baby. (see how quick and easy that step is?)

9. Get fitted for nursing bra.

10. Call lactation specialist for advice on breastfeeding while in hospital (# goes here)

11. Call family.

13. Make sure car seat installed properly

14. Call pediatrician day of release (# goes here)

15. Apply for birth certificate after delivery.

16. Have attending physician complete Medical Leave act forms (if working mom)

For Mommy:
