Help:Editing
From Mommyplace.com WiKI Page
You must create an account to make edits to pages. Once you have an account, you can add to pages while logged in by clicking on the 'edit' tab on the page you wish to make additions to.
When done inserting your text, you have the option to add a summary of your additions. If you are only making a grammatical edit or other small change, you can select 'This is a minor edit.' If you wish to keep track of the page, you can select 'Watch this page' to add it to your watchlist.
You can format your text using wiki markup. This consists of normal characters like asterisks, single quotes or equation marks which have a special function in the wiki, sometimes depending on their position. For example, to format a word in italic, you include it in two single quotes like ''this''
