Bedtime issues

Having issues with a 7 year girl who is afraid to sleep alone. I also have a 20 month girl who has been sleeping in our bed. I decided to put them together to see if this problem is resolved with the 7 year old. Now the 7 year is not getting enough rest and either is the 20 month old. Any advice?
